ONE YEAR OF IMPACTFUL LEADERSHIP IN BOMADI
In just one year, we have taken bold and deliberate steps to reposition Bomadi for progress—and the results are there for all to see.
Today, we had the honour of welcoming my Boss and Political Father, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. (Elder) Sheriff F.O. Oborevwori, the Governor of Delta State, who was ably represented by the Deputy Governor, Sir Monday Onyeme, for the commissioning of 14 landmark projects to commemorate our first anniversary in office.
From reconnecting Bomadi to the national grid to executing key infrastructure projects like the Renovation of the Chairman’s Lodge, Construction of Residential Building for Vice Chairman, Construction of Deaconess Tobore Ultra-Modern Multipurpose Event Centre, Construction of Residential Building for High Court Judge and Construction of Concrete Pavement with two-sided drainage, among others; our administration is not here to mark time—we are here to make impact.
Long before taking office, I grasped the essence of leadership as a call to sacrifice. Driven by this conviction, I personally invested millions of naira to rehabilitate the Bomadi-Ohoro Road, recognizing the urgent need for our people to enjoy improved comfort and connectivity.
Let it be clear: the projects we commissioned today are not the end; they are just the beginning. We are building with vision, with people in mind, and with a deep commitment to future generations.
This is what grassroots governance should look like—practical, visible, people-centered, and results-driven.
To our Governor, Your Excellency, your MORE Agenda for Renewed Hope continues to guide our steps. On behalf of the good people of Bomadi, we say thank you for your unwavering support.
On this historic day, I respectfully use this platform to humbly appeal to my Boss and Mentor to consider establishing a tertiary institution in Bomadi LGA—a long overdue development for our people.
We came prepared. We have remained focused. And today, we are delivering real, measurable change.
