On behalf of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON), Delta State Chapter, we hereby pass a vote of confidence on the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and the Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori.
Your Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, your remarkable achievements within the past two years are audible to the deaf and visible to the blind. Your visionary leadership has not only transformed Delta State but has also made the 2027 elections a smooth and promising journey for our great party.
Through your wisdom and inclusive governance, you have raised leaders of like minds across the 25 local government areas of Delta State—men and women who are fully aligned with your vision and committed to advancing your mandate at the grassroots.
As council chairmen, we already have a clear political plan of action that aligns with the direction of the state and the leadership of our great party. We are working hand-in-hand with the party chairmen in our various local governments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery.
The forthcoming election is merely a continuation of our collective commitment—a carryover of the trust and confidence the people already have in your leadership.
