Hon. Dagidi Represents ALGON Delta at APC SSGs’ Quarterly Strategic Meeting
Earlier today, the Secretary of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON), Delta State Chapter, Hon. Dagidi Rawlings Andaye, had the honour of representing ALGON Delta at the Quarterly Strategic Meeting of the Secretaries to State Governments (SSGs) of all APC-governed states, held in Asaba, Delta State. The event brought together top government functionaries and policy strategists from across the federation.
The meeting, which focused on deepening intergovernmental relations and improving administrative efficiency, provided a platform for robust discussions on governance, fiscal responsibility, and developmental alignment among APC-controlled states. Participants exchanged insights and best practices aimed at fostering inclusive growth and strengthening institutional capacity for effective service delivery.
Speaking with the press, Hon. Andaye commended the organizers for their foresight in convening such a strategic session, noting that engagements of this nature are crucial for knowledge sharing and synergy between the different tiers of government. He reiterated ALGON’s commitment to supporting state and federal initiatives in advancing grassroots development and upholding the principles of good governance, as championed by the Governor Sheriff Oborevwori-led M.O.R.E Agenda.
The meeting concluded on a positive note, with participants reaffirming their resolve to deepen collaboration, promote policy innovation, and ensure that governance continues to deliver tangible benefits to the Nigerian people.
