PROTEST LETTER FOR APC ISOKO NORTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT EXECUTIVES. A CALL FOR CAUTION.
Your Excellency sir,
Your Excellency, the Executive Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, Governor of Delta State, sir we the entire members of Concerned Ozoro Indigene are very sad to inform you that there is a looming crisis in the All Progressive Congress APC Isoko North Chapter in regards to the ongoing APC Local government executives Congress.
Your Excellency, it will interest you to know that because of peace, unity and inclusiveness the positions of the local government EXCO were zoned to various Wards and the leadership of each Ward nominated two people from their Wards to make up the LGA EXCO
In that vain, the Honorable Commissioner for Health, Dr. Joseph Onojaeme nominated the LGA Youth leader and other positions zoned to the Ellu/Aradhe/Ovrode Ward, likewise in Iyede Ward 02, Chief Kome Okpobor, Executive Director, Finance and administration Desopadec nominated the woman leader and other positions zone to them. Comr. Zino Onaemor nominated for positions zone to Ofagbe Ward 04.
Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko member representing Isoko federal constituency and Hon. Godwin Ogorugba Chairman Isoko North council, nominated people to fill the positions zone to their Owhe Wards.
Sadly enough , Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko member representing Isoko North/ South federal constituency after nominating people to fill his Owhe Wards positions, still wants to nominate for Ozoro Ward, this is purely against the mutual understanding of the zoning arrangement in the local government, if urgent action is not taken, there will be a serious crisis in Isoko North All Progressive Congress APC.
We the Ozoro people will never allow Owhe man to nominate people to fill positions zone to us, we are not conquered people and we shall resist this oppression with our votes and other means if he tries this heartless act.
Your Excellency, please we passionately appeal to you to use your good offices as the APC leader in Delta State to call Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko to order by allowing Ozoro Ward leaders to peacefully nominate people to fill the positions zoned to them.
Thank you for your quick intervention to avert looming crisis in Isoko North especially in Ozoro.
