High Chief Francis Oyimi has congratulated the Executive director, Social Services, DESOPADEC, High Chief Favour Izoukumor on his recent convocation from Benson Idahosa University, describing the attainment of a Law degree as a remarkable addition to his record of personal development and public service.

In a statement shared with WAFFI TV on Saturday, High Chief Oyimi commended the convocation as evidence of High Chief Izoukumor’s willingness to pursue excellence while combining his responsibilities with the demands of higher education.

According to him, the achievement goes beyond the acquisition of a university qualification, as it represents years of commitment, sacrifice and intellectual preparation.

High Chief Oyimi said the knowledge gained from the study of Law would provide High Chief Izoukumor with another valuable perspective for understanding issues of governance, human relations, accountability and development.
