Bomadi: Andaye delivers potable water to Ezebiri community

The Executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Council, Hon. Dagidi Rawlings Andaye, has approved and facilitated the construction of boreholes and the installation of a solar-powered water system in Ezebiri Community, Ward 10.

The intervention, executed as a constituency project by the Vice Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Council, Hon. Mrs. Powei Bekes Guembe, who hails from Ezebiri, is aimed at addressing the longstanding need for accessible and potable water in the community.

For years, residents of Ezebiri have yearned for a reliable source of clean and safe drinking water, with the absence of a functional water system posing significant challenges to households and the wider community.

The execution of the project therefore comes at a particularly crucial time, providing residents with improved access to clean and potable water for domestic and other essential needs.

The solar-powered water system is also expected to provide a more sustainable and dependable means of water supply, while reducing the challenges associated with conventional water-pumping systems.

The project further reflects the commitment of the Andaye-led administration to identifying and responding to the basic needs of communities across Bomadi Local Government Area, particularly in areas where essential infrastructure is urgently required.

The people of Ezebiri have expressed appreciation for the intervention, describing the provision of potable water as a timely and meaningful development that will positively impact the wellbeing of residents and contribute to improved living conditions within the community.
