Comrade Bobo Tonye, former National Chairman of the Third Phase Ex-Agitators Forum, has commended the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Chief (Dr) Dennis Otuaro, for his efforts in empowering ex-agitators through strategic leadership and conflict resolution training.
In a goodwill message, Bobo expressed gratitude to Otuaro for organizing a 3-day leadership training in partnership with the Nigerian Army Resource Centre, saying it has equipped participants with valuable skills to enhance peace and development in the Niger Delta region.
He urged Otuaro to disregard critics and focus on actualizing the objectives of the Amnesty Programme.
Bobo also praised Otuaro for sustaining the scholarship scheme, facilitating training, mentorship, and employment of pilots from the region, and for including women in the programme.
He thanked President Bola Tinubu for reposing confidence in Otuaro and called on PAP delegates and stakeholders to support the programme.
