GENERAL PREYE EKPEBIDE FELICITATES HON. DAGIDI ANDAYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY ANNIVERSARY

General Preye Ekpebide, Third Phase National Chairman of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) and Senior Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor on Security Matters, has extended warm congratulations, heartfelt felicitations, and best wishes to the Executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Area, Hon. Dagidi Andaye, on the occasion of his blissful Birthday Anniversary.
General Ekpebide described Hon. Dagidi Andaye as a dedicated servant-leader and a dependable grassroots administrator, whose leadership continues to inspire confidence, unity, and hope among the people of Bomadi LGA. He noted that the Chairman’s people-centred approach to governance, humility in leadership, and unwavering commitment to service clearly distinguish him as a leader driven by purpose and compassion.
According to him, Hon. Andaye has consistently demonstrated commendable leadership qualities through his accessibility, transparency, and responsiveness to the needs of the people. His administration, General Ekpebide said, reflects sincerity of purpose, prudence, and a genuine desire to improve the welfare of the grassroots, making him a worthy representative of democratic ideals.
General Ekpebide further praised Hon. Andaye for his calm disposition, resilience, and capacity to lead with wisdom even in challenging circumstances.
