APC Ward Congresses Peaceful in Bomadi as Andaye Leads Joint Monitoring Team, Reaffirms Commitment to 2027 Victory
Today, Wednesday, 18th February 2026, in strict adherence to the guidelines of the All Progressives Congress, the Executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Council, Hon. Dagidi Rawlings Andaye, led a joint monitoring team to oversee the Ward Congresses across the ten wards of Bomadi Local Government Area. The team comprised the Bomadi LGA INEC Electoral Officer, Dr. Kelechi Cocodia, the Divisional Police Officer, CSP Michael A., and the DSS Head, Mr. Michael Nnaemeka, ensuring full compliance with party guidelines and security protocols throughout the exercise.
The congresses were conducted in a peaceful, orderly, and transparent atmosphere across all wards, reflecting the unity, discipline, and growing strength of the party at the grassroots. Party faithful turned out in impressive numbers, demonstrating their unwavering commitment to internal democracy and the continued consolidation of party structures within the Local Government Area.
At the conclusion of the exercise, the following emerged as duly elected Ward Chairmen: Sapele Tamaraubrakaemi (Ward 1 Bomadi), Wilson Edward (Ward II Kpakiama), John Lucky (Ward 3 Esanma), Wodu Joseph (Ward 4 Ogriagbene), Paul Kamasuode (Ward 5 Kalafiogbene/Ekameta), Thank God Johnson (Ward 6 Ogbeinama/Okoloba), Serikefe Sunny (Ward 7 Akugbene I), Penaowei Odigirima (Ward 8 Akugbene II), Cletus Odubolu (Ward 9 Akugbene III), and Daniel Andakuro (Ward 10 Ogo-Eze). Their emergence marks another significant milestone in strengthening the party’s grassroots leadership across Bomadi.
Hon. Andaye congratulated all the newly elected Ward Chairmen and their executive members, charging them to embrace inclusivity, teamwork, and dedication in the discharge of their responsibilities.
He emphasized that unity and effective coordination at the ward level remain critical to sustaining the party’s dominance and delivering democratic dividends to the people.
Reaffirming the collective resolve of the party, the Chairman urged members to remain steadfast and focused as preparations intensify toward securing the reelection of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, and all APC candidates in the 2027 general elections.
