ANDAYE HOLDS SPECIAL THANKSGIVING SERVICE
Bomadi Council Chairman dedicates successful APC primaries to God, describes exercise as smooth and historic.
The Executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Area, Hon. Rawlings Dagidi Andaye, on Tuesday led principal officers of the council and other stakeholders to a special Thanksgiving Service held at the Council Chapel in Bomadi, to appreciate God for His grace, protection, and guidance throughout the recently concluded All Progressives Congress (APC) primaries.
The thanksgiving service attracted top officials of the council, including the Secretary of Council, Hon. Tony Boubai Enai, heads of departments, political appointees, party faithful, and other distinguished guests who gathered in an atmosphere of gratitude and reflection to celebrate the successful conduct of the party’s primary elections.
Speaking during the service, Hon. Andaye dedicated the APC primaries for the State House of Assembly, House of Representatives, and Presidential positions to God, acknowledging His divine intervention in ensuring a peaceful and successful exercise across Bomadi Local Government Area. He noted that the smooth conduct of the primaries was a clear demonstration of God’s faithfulness and the collective commitment of party members to peace and progress.
The council chairman expressed profound appreciation that throughout the entire primary election process, no life was lost and no major incident was recorded. According to him, the peaceful disposition, maturity, and cooperation exhibited by stakeholders and party supporters contributed immensely to the success achieved during the exercise.
Describing the APC primaries as smooth, peaceful, and historic, Hon. Andaye stated that the process further strengthened democratic participation within the party and reinforced the confidence of members in its leadership and internal electoral system. He commended party leaders, aspirants, and supporters for placing the unity and collective interest of the party above personal ambitions.
The thanksgiving service concluded with special prayers for continued peace, unity, and development in Bomadi Local Government Area, as well as divine wisdom and guidance for leaders at all levels. Participants also prayed for sustained progress within the APC and for the success of its candidates in future electoral contests.
