Uvwie Agog as WANAWANA Project Holds Inaugural Stakeholders’ Meeting.
Uvwie was agog today as the WANAWANA Project held its inaugural stakeholders’ meeting, bringing together Delta Central Coordinators across the 85 wards, Local Government Coordinators and Women Leaders in a gathering focused on unity, mobilisation and victory ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The meeting was hosted by the Labour Party Delta Central Senatorial Candidate, Olorogun Dr. Mrs. Onome Bernice Dema, who reaffirmed her commitment to building a stronger, more united and prosperous Delta Central.
Declaring the ceremony open, the Director-General of the WANAWANA Project Campaign Organisation, Triple Chief Tiro Prince Aruegodore, charged all coordinators and stakeholders to remain committed, united and prepared for the task ahead.
Also present was the candidate for Ughelli North/Ughelli South/Udu Federal Constituency Hon Maxwell Onyeka, who expressed confidence in the strength of the movement and the prospects of victory for the party.
The WANAWANA Project, founded and championed by Olorogun Dr. Mrs. Onome Bernice Dema, has officially taken off across Delta Central, with a clear mission to mobilise the people, strengthen grassroots participation and promote a new vision of purposeful representation.
The event was not only a strategic gathering but also a celebration of Delta Central culture and unity, featuring colourful Ejogwha dance performances and an energetic WANAWANA Women Dance that added excitement and cultural splendour to the occasion.
With coordinators, women leaders and grassroots stakeholders fully engaged, the message from the gathering was clear: WANAWANA has come to work, mobilise and deliver victory.
The project is ready to work hand-in-hand with the Labour Party and all committed stakeholders to deliver Olorogun Dr. Mrs. Onome Bernice Dema as the next Senator representing Delta Central.
The journey has begun.
