PAP: AMNESTY MONTHLY STIPEND INCREMENT – WHEN TWO ELEPHANTS FIGHT, THE GRASS SUFFERS

The disunity among some top leaders of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) is largely responsible for the delay in the implementation of the monthly stipend increment.

Therefore, I urge all genuine commanders and beneficiaries to appeal to their leaders to put aside their differences, unite, and address the issue of the monthly stipend increase for the benefit of all delegates.

The current stipend of ₦65,000 can no longer sustain a family in Nigeria’s present economic situation. Beneficiaries are facing severe hardship and deserve urgent consideration.

At the same time, we should stop placing all the blame on Chief Dennis Otuaro, PhD, as the successful implementation of the increment requires collective effort, unity, and the necessary approvals.

United we stand, divided we fall.
